Dr. Marilyn Heath, reader first.

I am an educator with a doctorate in Educational Leadership, a lifelong reader, and a Bookstagram creator. My days are spent building better learning environments; my evenings are spent deep in fae courts, dragon riders, and morally grey love interests I probably should not root for.

LitRx exists because readers deserve better than an algorithm. Every recommendation here comes from a book I actually finished or a product I actually use — honest reviews, curated recommendations, and thoughtfully selected fantasy, romantasy, dark romance and bookish products.

My background in education shapes how I write about books. I care about craft, pacing and structure, and I care just as much about telling you plainly whether a 700-page epic earns its length or whether a dark romance needs a content note before you open it.
